Pricing and Payment Terms

How ARMEO engagements are structured, priced, invoiced and paid. Every engagement is scoped individually; this page explains the commercial framework behind those quotes.

Effective 31 July 2026 · Last updated 31 July 2026

1. Engagement models

  • Retainer — an ongoing monthly fee for a defined scope, team and cadence. Billed in advance for each period.
  • Project — a fixed fee for a defined outcome and timeline, typically billed against milestones.
  • Advisory — a fee for a defined block of senior time, billed monthly or per block.
  • Performance-linked components — where agreed in writing, a portion of fees may be tied to defined, measurable and independently verifiable outcomes.

2. How a price is set

Fees reflect scope, seniority and composition of the team, duration, complexity, dependencies and the commercial value of the work. ARMEO does not publish rate cards, because engagements are bespoke. A written proposal or statement of work sets out the specific fee, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and payment schedule.

3. Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of taxes. Goods and Services Tax is applied at the prevailing rate where applicable. Where withholding tax applies, the client will provide the relevant certificate. GSTIN: 07AALCM8922D1ZC.

4. Currency

Indian engagements are quoted and invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR). International engagements may be quoted in another currency where agreed in writing. Foreign-exchange conversion, intermediary bank charges and payment-provider fees are borne by the payer unless stated otherwise.

5. Costs charged in addition

Unless expressly included, the following are charged at cost in addition to professional fees: media and platform spend, advertising budgets, software licences and subscriptions, stock assets and fonts, production and shoot costs, third-party vendor fees, and pre-approved travel and out-of-pocket expenses.

6. Invoicing and payment

Invoices are issued by Mehra Life Sciences Private Limited and are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Retainers and mobilisation fees are payable in advance of the relevant period. Work may be suspended on materially overdue accounts after written notice, and amounts already invoiced for work performed remain payable.

7. Accepted payment methods

Payments are accepted by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI and international wire, and — where an online payment facility is offered — by the methods supported by our payment provider at that time. Bank and payment details are issued on the invoice only. Always verify payment details against a signed invoice before transferring funds; we will never notify a change of bank details by email alone.

8. Payment security

Where an online payment facility is offered, payments are processed by a regulated third-party payment provider. Card and bank credentials are handled by that provider and are not stored by ARMEO or Mehra Life Sciences Private Limited.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation notice, refund eligibility and processing timelines are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Commercial terms governing engagements are set out in the Terms of Service and Engagement.
